(Skype Video Transcript. Carlo Adrian, Freelance Writer. Danny Russo, Private Detective.)

Carlo Adrian : This is an investigation of the Dr Seltzer Hardon Helper Reviews. Danny I understand you have an ID.

Danny Russo : First name Timothy. Transcriber middle name spelling out the letters. Terrance. Last name, spelling letters. Dejoris. Timothy Terrance Dejoris.

Dejoris was the legal registered agent of transcriber letters Dr Seltzer LLC. The company owning the Hardon Helper Pills.

AKA, 1 alias he is using is Tim Dejoris. Another alias is where The J is capitalized. Transcriber capitalize the J in last name DeJoris. Tim DeJoris.

Hometown transcriber spelling letters. Pontevedra Florida.

Tim Dejoris was the legal Hardon Helper. In late June 2018 a new company appeared.

But as late as October 2018 we have him flashing transcriber URL on his Twitter account Tim Dejoris.

Carlo : Okay, we want to flesh out for the consumers. Tim Dejoris sells medical malpractice insurance to medical doctors during the day.

On product label the claim of quoting “Practicing Hard On Doctor” –

Danny : – Tim Dejoris is not a medical doctor. I made sure to confirm that –

Carlo : – not a medical doctor. And we will go into detail on that.

He sells medical malpractice insurance. His second job was, at nights and on weekends, this quoting “Practicing Hard On Doctor.” The Hardon Helper.

On product label the claim of quoting “Practicing Hard On Doctor.”

For the consumers , in the picture, they will see the Amazon Prime and the picture of the Viagra.

Hardon Helper. The story they claim is that a doctor from the South American jungle discovered ancient herbs. And now his secret is on Amazon.

Hardon Helper is claiming on Amazon Prime they are quoting “Over the Counter Viagra.” And “Otc Viagra.”

The consumers will know the Viagra is medical pharmaceutical drug.

Danny, is there special rule on the Amazon Prime where product can claim you are an Over the Counter drug?

If the product is – the legal domicile – coming out of the State of Florida, where this Dr Seltzer LLC… and now this, we are pulling – this Valley Ventures LLC –

Does the State of Florida have special rules –

Danny : –  you absolutely need to licensed to prescribe Viagra, even if the company is legally domiciled in the State of Florida.

I mean, made sure to vet this 3 different ways, starting with my source at the Florida Board of Medicine. As if we needed to ask, because this product claim of Over the Counter Viagra is unheard of.

But my source down there, you know – absolutely, you need a medical license to dispense Over the Counter Viagra on Amazon Prime –
